NeighborWorks Impact in Florida

NeighborWorks America invested $3,574,250 in Florida's member organizations during FY 2025 -- yielding a total investment of $279,601,041 when combined with other private, philanthropic and public investments.

 

This incredible investment positively impacted 28,695 Florida families in need of affordable housing solutions last year.

But the impact extends much further.

For example:

 

• 3,739 households received financial education and counseling that allowed them to purchase or remain in their homes.

• 3,606 owner-occupied and rental homes were improved.

• 511 families became first-time homeowners.

• 1,431 jobs were created or maintained throughout our state.
