OUR COLLABORATIVE

Community challenges are best solved at the community level. That’s the strength of the NeighborWorks model -- and our Florida Collaborative. Our 12 organizations offer services and approaches to meet the unique needs of the community from homeownership counseling to multi-family housing to job training and financial coaching.

Most importantly, each organization recognizes the importance of resident leadership in transforming their community. One third of the board members of our 12 Florida organizations represent local residents.
